Epstein Espionage?

Espionage has two flavors. We mostly think about governments spying to obtain national security secrets but there is also corporate espionage that involves trade secrets or to seek financial advantage in business dealings. Many indications are that Epstein my have been involved in both. Any damaging information about any individual becomes leverage to gain cooperation by someone seeking confidential information (blackmail). Serious debt is a threat to secrecy and any promise to relieve said debts becomes a bargaining chip to obtain classified information.

A Republican lawmaker leveled a stunning allegation last week: Not only had government documents named a billionaire retail magnate [Lex Wexner] a co-conspirator in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking case, the Department of Justice had tried to shield the man from accountability. Source

Epstein's Death

Suspicions abound including in autopsy reports that he may have been murdered,  staged as a suicide. The files themselves contain the names of those who stood to benefit from his "absence" from any trial.

 

Dr. Baden said small burst capillaries, known as petechiae, found on Epstein's face, mouth, and eyes are often an indication of strangulation. But it was injuries to Epstein's neck that make Dr. Baden call into question the official ruling of suicide.  

Dr. Michael Baden, a forensic pathologist who observed Jeffrey Epstein’s autopsy, has said the injuries were more consistent with strangulation than suicide by hanging.

 
My Thoughts
 
I'm inclinded to believe Epstein was murdered to prevent him from testifying in court. He had a lot of potential incriminating evidence to share with prosecutors to gain advantage in any plea or sentence.  To what extent did Epstein posses seriously damaning evidence against multiple rich and powerful people who stood to lose everything including their liberty and fortunes had he opened up on the stand?


People have been killed for far less than the information Jeffrey had in his head. EVERY single potential abuser and everyone who was compromised for information is a potential suspect.


But the one entity who had actual physical custody over Jeffery Epstein at the time of his death was the Trump administration. His jailers had the keys to his cell and video cameras trained on his door [excepting a mysterious lapse coincidentally at the time of death]. It was reported that Epstein had earlier reported someone tried to kill him. Jail staff also had a note that he was a suicide risk. Where they playing spades in the officer's lounge?


How many people stood to benefit if Trump was able to silence Epstein as well as conceal the massive amount of data in the DOJ files?
