Software:

Libre Office is a fee open source alternative to Microsoft Office.  Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android

Notes: Letter writing is probably the most effective as it arrives as a physical item that can be copied and passed around. Pasted on a wall etc. An email is only seen by a few and easy to delete. Phone calls are good but fleeting and may not be heard by your reps.
